I'm sure you have received numerous emails regarding your care of many "Family Members". Although it has been a few months since the passing of our precious "Bud", I would like to thank you for your utmost professionalism, your sincere letters & poems. You will never know how much this meant to us. You have a gift that no one can ever comprehend. Someday, I would like to meet you in person and thank you for all you have done for our family. The letters & poems you enclosed with "Buds" ashes were very comforting and enlightening. It reminded me of the wonderful times we had, instead of the loss. And how he blessed us with the short time we did have with him. I can envision him up in heaven, not having seizures, and running and jumping again, like the little spitfire he was when we first got him. Again, thank you again for everything you've done for our family in regards to "Bud".

When I said goodbye to my precious 19-year-old princess, Tai Su, My lovely Balinese cat. I was overwhelmed with grief, even though I anticipated the end. Finding Peaceful Paws on the Internet was a blessing that has given me immeasurable peace. Their genuine respect and compassion is evident, and their service is every bit as professional as one would expect for humans. It was comforting to visit their office, see their facility and choose from a vast array of memorials. Their thoughtfulness of every single detail of service extends from the first contact through the return of the ashes, and even extends beyond that to help in the process of grief. I recommend them to everyone I know who will one day need a kind, compassionate and respectful final tribute to their loved pet.
